1. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, edit, generate, export, or share. You must only use the platform for lawful purposes. Misuse of document tools — including forgery or fraud — is strictly prohibited and is entirely your responsibility.

2. Prohibited & malicious use

You must not use the service to:

• Forge certificates or credentials
• Create fake government or ID documents
• Alter passports, visas, or licenses
• Falsify degrees or financial records
• Commit identity theft or impersonation
• Distribute malware or attack systems

3. Subscriptions & billing

During the launch promotional period, premium features may be free. After PRO_BILLING_START_DATE (configured by the operator), the Pro plan is charged at the published monthly price (default ₹299/month) via Razorpay. Free-tier usage limits may apply after the promo ends. Payments are processed by Razorpay; chargebacks for abuse may result in account suspension.

4. Disclaimer of liability

Cluster AI and its operators are not liable for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized use of the platform. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
